BlueThread Professional Services group to implement world class
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Our project managers must be able to work and communicate
effectively with clients, demonstrate the ability to collect and
analyze business requirements, manage timelines and risk, and work
with BlueThread and Client project teams to translate business requirements
into tangible, value-added solutions. You must be willing
and adept at taking on new challenges and wearing multiple hats on
a project if required.

Technical Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience. Experience
managing ECM/BPM projects a huge plus.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Products and Technologies (WSS
2.0, WSS 3.0, SPS 2003, MOSS 2007).
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation, K2.NET 2003, or
K2 [blackpearl] a plus.
- Experience with KnowledgeLake Imaging or Capture solutions a
plus.
- Experience with BizTalk or other EAI solutions a plus.
- Previous ECM and BPM experience a plus.
- PMI certification a plus.
- Microsoft certifications a plus. Premium
certifications a huge plus.

2.0, WSS 3.0, SPS 2003, MOSS 2007)
- Must demonstrate the ability to translate requirement specifications
into functioning applications

Qualified candidates will work in the BlueThread
Product and Solutions Development group to design, build, and productize
components of BlueThread’s world class Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
solutions. Our developers must be able to work and communicate
effectively with a multi-disciplined development team or be largely
self-sufficient and work independently when the need arises. We’re
looking for self-starters that can take the development of a component
of product feature from cradle to grave without a great deal of
dependency on other members of the team.
